Welcome to MECM. MECM stands for make every child matter a statement that speaks to the underlining  value base that my  social work practice centers on. My name is Amy Agyekum Moore. I’m an experienced Social Work manager, coach and independent assessor. Having qualified  in 2010 I have since worked across the spectrum of Social Care from the front door (Early Help preventive services) to Children Looked After  to Post Adoption & Fostering.  Alongside my statuary work I  specialise in providing Social Work Parenting Assessments  (PAMS) as well as peer support through professional coaching for colleagues in the social care field.
